**Deine Rolle**

Als Experte für Projekte und kontinuierliche Verbesserung treibst du Projekte und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der gesamten Organisation der indirekten Beschaffung voran.

Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt darauf, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren, die entsprechenden Initiativen zu koordinieren und die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den Teammitgliedern der indirekten Beschaffung voranzutreiben. Darüber hinaus bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle analytischen Themen innerhalb der indirekten Beschaffung. Du sammelst Anforderungen, unterstützt die Entwicklung von Ausgaben
- und Prognoseberichten und lieferst Konzepte für Predictive Analytics und Should-Cost-Modelle für bessere faktenbasierte Entscheidungen.

**Deine Zukunftspläne**
- Analyse allgemeiner und spezifischer Herausforderungen in der indirekten Beschaffung und Identifizierung potenzieller Verbesserungsinitiativen
- Priorisierung von Verbesserungsinitiativen auf der Grundlage von potenziellem Nutzen und Aufwand in Abstimmung mit dem OFP-I-Leiter
- Mobilisierung der jeweiligen Projektteammitglieder für Verbesserungsinitiativen
- Koordinieren und Ausführen von Verbesserungsinitiativen, Verfolgen und Berichten von Fortschritten und Erfolgen
- Abstimmung der Initiativen mit der Beschaffungsstrategie und -steuerung sowie anderen relevanten Funktionen, falls erforderlich
- bei Bedarf relevante CI-Methoden (z. B. PDCA, DMAGIC) einführen und anwenden
- Übernahme des Projektmanagements für die indirekte Beschaffung im Rahmen von übergreifenden Projekten
- Sicherstellen, dass die Anforderungen der indirekten Beschaffung in der übergreifenden Berichterstattung der Procurement Governance berücksichtigt werden
- Bereitstellung spezifischer Berichte für die zuständigen Mitglieder des Beschaffungsteams (wenn kein Analysesystem vorhanden ist)
- Ad-hoc-Berichterstattung und Input für Leistungsberichte, falls erforderlich
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Soll-Kosten-Modellen

**Dein Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Erhebliche einschlägige Berufserfahrung von mindestens 10 Jahren
- Expertenwissen in allen Dimensionen des Beschaffungsmodells
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und eine Erfolgsbilanz bei der Durchführung von Projekten, die zu kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen führen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder
- und Beziehungsmanagement auf allen Ebenen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Change-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zur Datenmodellierung
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Deutsch ist ein Plus
