**Job description**

**Process Operator - Day Shift**

**Starting from £11.50 per hour**

**No specific experienced needed This role comes with a full training programme and you will then have the opportunity to enhance your hourly rate as your skills and productivity increase.**

**Job purpose**

The purpose of this role is to support the factory in producing and processing quality glass, ensuring orders are completed to a high quality standard, to get them out to our customers.

Hours are 7am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

- Performs well under pressure and enjoys the challenge.
- Professional, confident, and a mature attitude.
- Physically fit. The role does involve manual handling/ heavy lifting and is mostly standing.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
