Job DescriptionWe're currently seeking a talented Process Excellence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Operations group, you'll be responsible for driving process improvements across the organization.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising the implementation of the TEOA methodology, leading and supervising the application of various TEOA tools, and managing monthly factory metrics. You'll also be responsible for preparing and coordinating 6 Sigma and Lean projects, providing training and coaching on TEOA, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Your goal will be to design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop new skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial context, along with knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to train production line operators and prioritize tasks effectively.
