**As a Senior Recruiter you will be a part of the operations team, reporting to the Procurement and Resource Director. You should have excellent communication skills for efficient interfacing with the project teams, hiring Managers and vendors.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**The roles and responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter include but are not limited to the below**:
**Recruitment**:

- You will be the focal point of all recruitment carried out by Virtua UK. This will be a variety of PAYE and contract labour across different fixed and wireless telecommunication and IT projects.
- To drive efficiencies and ensure Virtua UK is not reliant on external recruitment companies.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand the role requirement.
- Create and post our roles on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Arrange, Host and lead interviews.
- Keep internal data bases up to date.
- Develop a recruitment function to help our clients with their needs.
- Report on recruitment activities on a bi-weekly basis
- Reference calls on potential new starters

**Partner Management**:
**Virtua UK is reliant on successful partnerships with key suppliers. This role holder will need to ensure that we have enough partners to fulfil our customer needs. This will be through management of existing relationships and forging new ones**
- Manage existing vendors by developing strategic relationships
- Find and onboard new vendors in line with new projects and the locations of works

**Experience & Requirements**
- Desirable experience in a technical recruitment role (IT, Telecoms, Engineering etc)
- At least 3 Years’ Experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Knowledge of the recruitment Lifecyle
- Technically Minded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,575.34-£63,732.56 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Banbury, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
