**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HSE Advisor to join our team. As an Senior HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in the execution of our turnkey projects. You will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and environmentally conscious work culture within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs, in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for their mitigation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that health, safety, and environmental considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE matters, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Stay updated with changes in HSE legislation and ensure the company's practices are aligned with current requirements.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the company's HSE performance.
- Promote a positive safety culture and raise HSE awareness among all employees through training, campaigns, and regular communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HSE, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as an HSE Advisor in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to HV substation design and build and grid connection projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and relevant codes
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) standards.
- Excellent understanding of risk assessment methodologies and techniques.
- Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
