**Job Description**:
- JOB PURPOSE: (prime focus and objective of the position)
- In this role, the Coordinator will:
- Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all private funds and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.-
- Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events.-
- Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.-
- Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve private fund’s operational processes-
- Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.-
- Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.-
- Available and responsive throughout each event and on-site management of events where necessary. Overtime work will be required, as needed.Key Competencies/Behaviours Required:

- Ability to manage a poised, task-oriented composition in a fast-paced environment, occasionally under time pressure, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.-
- Ability to adapt to change and pro-actively seek and implement tasks as time allows.-
