We are exclusively representing a London-based Venture Capital firm who have recently increased their holding within a luxury e-commerce retail brand. The business is in a state of transition as the new ownership structure looks to reshape the business todrive existing ecommerce channels through new product launches, as well as looking to explore additional commercial channels and revenue streams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the new strategy initiatives, managing the investor relationship and communicating that strategy to the team accordingly;
- Drive existing revenue streams through constant engagement and management of current process, functions and teams;
- Empower the existing team to continue to drive sales through current means and develop skills internally to support the new strategy;
- Identify areas for improvement, as well as making suggestions on hiring strategy;
- Manage the relationship with production, logistics, vendors and suppliers to ensure the business can meet the demands of the position;
- Support and offer guidance to design team on the suitability of new design concepts, based on the strategic direction of the brand;
- Support the management of marketing and creative teams to ensure the correct brand image is presented to the market;
- Drive operational effectiveness, best practice and lead from the front, motivating those around you to succeed;
- Maintain high level of employee engagement and communication throughout the transitional period.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a leadership position within a luxury ecommerce/retail brand;
- Experience working internationally;
- Flexible, motivated and able to demonstrate a history of meeting ambitious commercial targets;
- Experience managing external stakeholder relationships;
- Strong people management skills with demonstratable track record of driving positive team performance and brand growth;
- In-depth knowledge across the full supply chain process;
- Strong negotiation and people management skills.

This role will be office based, in Central London, and would suit someone looking to play a key leadership position in the transformation, development and growth of an exciting and well-known ecommerce retail brand with a loyal existing customer base.
