Job Summary:
Join our team as a Team Member at Harvester Neptune, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to creating a positive dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

An adaptable role that combines kitchen and front-of-house duties, aiming to provide guests with an exceptional experience by creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that exceeds their expectations, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging them to return with their friends and family. Additionally, responsible for preparing, cooking and delivering food to guests ensuring compliance with brand specifications.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
- Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preference of each guest.
- Value regular guests by remembering their preferences and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Check all guests are enjoying their meal and discuss the guest experience survey.
- Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
- Participate and contribute to team meetings, offering your valuable insights.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Keep up to date with business information, promotions and new products.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standards.
- Cleaning and preparing tables, clearing dishes and utensils.
- Setting up and closing the department, including stock rotation and prep and par processes.
- Completing all appropriate documentation, due diligence records, daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Pay: £8.45-£12.09 per hour
