Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC milling machines, including setup, adjustment, and tool changeovers, ensuring optimal performance.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements of the parts to be machined.
- Program CNC milling machines based on the provided drawings and specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, and calculate the correct cutting parameters to optimize machining processes.
- Perform quality control measures, using precision measuring instruments to ensure that produced parts meet tight tolerances and are in accordance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and the machining process, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CNC Miller (FANUC) or similar role in a aerospace or automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and programming.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or diploma in machining, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Commitment to safety standards and a clean work environment.
