3/4 days per week, days to be decided, based at our Head Office, Princess Alexandra Home.

We are looking for an effective, efficient, and ideally experienced volunteer coordinator to provide a 1st class and friendly volunteer team to assist in our quality services.

The role encompasses all of the volunteers 'experience' for both volunteers and managers within the organisation.

Publicise volunteer vacancies through the appropriate use of a wide range of media, including social media.

Effectively manage the recruitment process of volunteers including interview, offer, references, DBS checks etc. on-boarding and induction in to the organisation.

Support the Senior Managers in the management of volunteers including performance, and conduct etc.

To effectively maintain volunteer records based on paper-based, IT and digital systems.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.41-£10.75 per hour
