The role of Therapeutic Coordinator requires a dynamic and methodical individual with a real passion for supporting women. The main focus of the role is leading and co-ordinating various trainee therapists and/or counselling volunteers, with the post holder's existing therapeutic training supporting the guidance and mentorship of those under the post's stewardship. The role also requires supporting and liaising with external partners such as colleges and education establishments to ensure the best support for the women within the project delivery.

**Salary**: SP26 £24,776.78 per annum pro rata

**Hours**: 32 hours per week

**Base**: Blackpool & Outreach

**Duration**: Until 30th August 2025
