**What will you be doing?**

To directly support our ‘blue chip’ Regional Account Customer base, offering first class support to them. This will be through offering our customers an enhanced process where we can identify and explore alternative solutions to offer best value and best practice. You will also be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers along with supporting the Regional Account Managers during periods of holidays and absence.
- Initial point of contact for our Regional Account Customer base
- Escalation point for our Regional Account Customer base
- Providing a professional and timely response to all customer enquiries ensuring an efficient and effective resolution is delivered
- Record all customer communication within a CRM system
- Ensuring performance compliance in line with the agreed KPIs.
- Escalation of any key issues in a prompt manner.
- Assisting with monthly and ad hoc customer reporting
- Attending customer meetings with the Regional Account Managers
- Building a strong relationship and rapport with with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Attend customer events
- Any other duties as reasonably practicable.

- An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Somebody who is self motivated and has the ability to work under their own initiative
- A team player who shows resilience and passion
- Ability to prioritise and organise and manage time effectively
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Waste industry and telephone account management is desirable but not essential
- Being comfortable to prepare and present to stakeholders and customers
- To have an understanding of complex contracts
- Excellent objection handling skills and the ability to negotiate when needed
- Financial acumen is desirable
- Someone who shares our passion for the Environment and Ecological Transformation
- Being customer centric in all they do
