This position is responsible for supporting the Assistant Director Governance & Compliance and the Governance & Compliance Manager with the oversight and co-ordination of the governance, risk and compliance programme for the LLP. The position has several principal accountabilities, predominantly:

- Being directly responsible for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices. The post holder must ensure that the service operates efficiently achieving high levels of quality, resilience and responsiveness.
- To help ensure internal processes are adequate and functional for the LLP’s needs and ensure that employees conform to rules, regulations and human resource policies when performing duties. The post holder must play an active role in developing, implementing, monitoring and measuring systems and processes to ensure legislative compliance.
- Collate and produce reports, statistical information, graphs etc as and when required;
- Manage and maintain the 4risk module to enablethe LLP to have a complete picture of the organisation’s risk, mitigation and assurance profile. Ensure the efficient and effective risk management environment via management of automated routines, user defined dashboards and reporting. Providing ‘at a glance’ real time view of the organization’s risk, controls, assurance and action status;
- Manage the day to day operation of the 4action module to enable recording all updates to any assigned tasks and provide a comprehensive audit trail of the progress of individuals’ tasks and actions. Ensure ‘users’ are able to interact directly with this interface in order to drill down to the level of each individual action;
- Manage the day to day operation of the 4policies module toprovide managers with an audit of policy acceptance across the organisation in order to reduce NTH Solution’s exposure to legal risk.
- Support the development and production of Insights by rolling out all the modules to all LLP staff and acting as an source of advice / trainer;
- Supporting compliance with data protection principles;
- Provide support to the Governance and Compliance Manager;
- Comply with all statutory and mandatory training.
