**Interim Senior Proposition Manager**

**£500 - £700 a day via umbrella**

**6 months Initially**

**Somerset 1 day a week**

Joining a well-known retail brand (800+ stores across the UK), you will lead a team that managers overall strategy, definition, development and implementation of Customer Proposition across the portfolio.

**The Job**

Reporting to Director level, you will lead a customer centric team, setting the vision and strategic direction across the brand. The aim will be to Enhance customer propositions and increase customer lifetime value.

This team leads a newly formed team of two.
- Use insight to influence and engage senior stakeholders - including Board level.
- Lead the roll out of the Customer Proposition Framework
- Collaborate across departments to influence the strategic direction of the proposition development
- Ensure the proposition strategy road-map underpins brand, commercial and customer growth targets
- Provide insight on the market
- Ensure the change you're leading is digitally engaging and customer first

**The Person**
- Experience in a Customer Strategy or Propositional Development role
- Track record of influencing C-Level stakeholders
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Innovative and creative personality with the experience in testing new ideas and concepts
- Strong commercial acumen skills
- Experience in the retail sector is not essential
