Interim Transformation Specialist

HW Interim Solutions have partnered with a top UK based, multi-site and PE backed Retailer to engage an Interim Data Transformation Specialist on an initial 6 month basis.
Collaborating with stakeholders in Finance, IT, Commercial and Operations, you will be responsible for developing and driving a modern, agile data governance framework and strategy which will enable the business to operate in a data-driven environment.
In this role you will develop and implement data quality management processes to identify and resolve data quality, while establishing and maintaining data standards, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. You will in-bed streamlined and efficient reporting procedures to ensure self-service data can be extracted to provide valuable insights to business users.
A key focus for this role will be people change management to drive cultural shifts towards data stewardship, where you will also provide training and education to business and IT stakeholders on data governance best practices and policies.
Start Date: Available within the coming weeks.
Day Rate: Competitive day rate – Outside IR35
