This global manufacturing and production company is looking for someone to join their team as a Quality Executive to cover a period of Maternity cover for 1 year, with the possibility of an extension at the end. They also offer a great range of benefits that you would be entitled to with this role.

They have 3 UK production sites and others around the world which exceed international standards using the latest CAD and manufacturing technologies.
You will be assisting the Director, and as the Quality Executive, be responsible for managing the quality assurance inspection team and test facilities.

To be successful in this job you will be a confident, proactive team player that enjoys problem solving. You will be computer literate with strong communication skills, while being highly organised with good time management.

Duties to include (but not limited to)

Maintaining documentation Management Systems Certification, liaising with all departments, and compiling documentation
Maintain Document Control Index
Format and draft company procedures
Uploading of documents to the systems
To maintain calibration records
Recording non-conformances and customer complaints
To ensure preventative procedures are implemented
Prepare for management systems assessments
Conducting internal and supplier compliance audits
Carrying out staff training
Prepare and maintain technical file documentation for compliance of products
