Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fish Filleter to join our team. As a Fish Filleter, you will be responsible for preparing and filleting fish.

Experience preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and fillet fish according to established standards and recipes
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain freshness and quality
- Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and utensils
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of seafood supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food production setting is preferred
- Knowledge of proper fish filleting techniques and seafood handling practices
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards

Wage is depending on experience and can be discussed.

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
