Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Fillet and process fish according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist in the preparation of seafood products (haddock, cod, lemon sole)
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- other duties include - washing trays and smoking fish

Experience preferred but not essential:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Wage negotiable depending on experience

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
