**Your role**

As a marketing executive at Westbase.io, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Director and wider marketing resources in delivering the company's strategy. We’re looking for an individual who is creative and particularly strong in content marketing, though this role does offer the opportunity to engage on wider projects as well.

Initially providing maternity cover, this Marketing Executive will help to cover the interim workload and then develop into a stronger focus on content marketing from January 2024. There will still be opportunity to work on content development during the cover period, though we believe this offers a fantastic opportunity to experience the breadth of the department’s activities, and learn about the businesses we support.

Working at Westbase.io, you will provide marketing services not just to our own business but to the other businesses in the Westbase Group too, increasing the diversity in your role and opening up wider opportunities.

**This role will focus on**:

- Reaching new end user and channel partner audiences to raise awareness of our exciting solutions
- Educating and supporting our channel partners to help maximise their sales potential
- Developing customer stories and leveraging these to deliver the above two points
- Engaging in multiple media channels, primarily online, to increase our reach
- Maintaining our well-respected brand

**These activities will be delivered by**:

- Building content and materials for the Westbase.io website, social media channels and to support campaigns
- Collaborating with the wider sales, technical and operations teams
- Working with our marketing automation, CRM and ERP systems
- During the maternity cover period, you will also be responsible for the day to day relationship management of our digital agencies.

**What you need to have**:

- To do this job well you need to have:

- 3-4 years’ marketing experience, ideally with a strong focus on content generation and in a B2B environment
- A degree-level education, or other relevant qualification
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Highly proficient computer skills and a confident technology user overall

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
