REED are pleased to share an opportunity to join the Group Services team, as Communications Manager. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week (flexible working can be considered). This role is based at their Norwich office, with frequent travelto their otheroffices across East Anglia.
The key role objectives are:
1. To plan and oversee the creation of compelling internal and external communications for a range of audiences and stakeholders.
2. To find ways of developing and raising their profile and reputation, ensuring quality content cultivation to effectively position the organisation and its subsidiaries.
3. Proactively support the Head of Communication to develop and implement internal and external communications strategies and plans.
4. To manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Communications team.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Position content that cultivates a positive brand reputation through a variety of channels.
- Develop key messages to reflect the Groups strategy and goals, ensuring a consistent approach across all communication platforms.
- Identify and implement strategic communication solutions that bring about organisational improvements.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Communication professionals.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with Leaders across the group to ensure consistency and effectiveness of external communication.
