**Role Objective**:The Content Creator will play a crucial role in developing and executing captivating content across various digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. They will primarily focus on promoting Aapas Modest Wear, the Janan brand, and J. Junaid Jamshed, while adhering to the company's brand guidelines. Additionally, the Content Creator will be responsible for organising photo and video shoots, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop engaging content, including photography and video, to showcase products from Aapas and J. Junaid Jamshed on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with the brand's objectives.

Create visually appealing and compelling content that resonates with the target audience of Janan

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, models, and photographers/videographers to plan and execute photo and video shoots.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to implement innovative content creation strategies.

Monitor content performance and analyse metrics to optimise engagement, reach, and conversion.

Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines while creating content.

Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's reach and engagement.

Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to facilitate content creation activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in content creation, including photography and video, preferably within the fashion, retail, or related industry.

Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat, to drive engagement and reach.

Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.

Excellent knowledge of photo and video editing tools and software.

Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple photo and video shoots.

Understanding of the South Asian market and cultural nuances to effectively resonate with the target audience.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A passion for fashion, creativity, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
