A Patient Coordinator plays an extremely important part in our dental practice. They are the first point of call for patients & dentists who are looking to learn more about the various dental services and treatments we provide.

Dental Treatment Coordinators play an important part in managing the patient’s treatment journey - from the moment, an enquiry is received, right the way up to treatment completed - ensuring the patient receives a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates the importance of customer experience, is passionate about general and cosmetic dental treatments and is looking to help drive the practice forward and become an ambassador of the services provided by the clinic.

1.

Contacting all patients who have expressed an interest in learning more about the dental treatments and services we provide.

2.

Delivering free consultations to those patients - with the aim of answering any queries or questions they might have about treatments

3.

Booking those patients in for assessments with relevant dentists

4.

Managing the patient journey (through a CRM) and ensuring the patient receives a 5 star service throughout their time

6.

Liaising with and updating dentists

7.

Managing social media accounts and creating daily content

8.

Attending weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Lisburn (preferred)
