**Finance Administrator**

Our client are currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading Facilities Management company based in Denton as Finance Administrator.

As Finance Administrator will be assisting the commercial and operational team to comply with all Commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and updating commercial trackers.
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Creating/Paying/Assessing Invoices
- Entering costs in to CAFM (database) system.
- Preparing quotes for client and updating registers.
- Validating and paying of sub-contractor invoices.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of COINS (desirable)
- Previous experience of **buying/purchasing/invoicing (essential)**:

- Strong Administration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
