Laundry Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Sort, wash, dry, and iron business & walk in customer laundry
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines & be able to hand iron to a high standard
- Inspect linens for stains or damages and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Provide excellent customer service to our regular & New customers

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a laundry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their care instructions
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
