**Projects Administrator - £21-23k depending on experience**

**Role Purpose**

Reporting directly to the Project Management Supervisor, you will work in a small team with other Projects Administrator’s and provide a range of administrative, clerical and other related tasks, designed to assist the Network Infrastructure Team function of the business.

You will be part of a fast-paced team that works as a hub connecting our field engineers, customers and other relevant parties and stakeholders to complete works on over 70 building sites.

**General Duties**
- Working with the Project Management Supervisor, liaising with customers, third parties and the field engineering teams to ensure delivery within required deadlines for projects.
- Maintain the required reporting documentation, distributing and requesting missing information as required.
- Collate and manage requests from the field engineering teams accordingly and assist with queries/ telephone calls/ Teams messages while they are out on site.
- Setting up new sites on the Asana system and requesting documents.
- Providing scheduled works for engineers and loading the information onto the system for the next day and notifying our customers of our attendance.
- Assisting the Project Management Supervisor with scheduling the works for engineers in the field.
- Reporting on progress on all sites including photos, updates and relevant documents.
- Maintain and manage stock.
- Assisting the Project Management Supervisor, and senior staff at any related meetings.
- Where required, working on ad-hoc projects.

**Person Specification - Essential Requirements**:
**Educational attainment**
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 9 to 4/A+ to C, including English Language and Mathematics.

**Knowledge required**
- A general knowledge of IT systems and software in a business environment (including Microsoft Office suite)

**Experience required**
- Experience of working in a fast paced and busy office environment.
- Minimum of 3 years previous administrative experience in an office-based environment.
- Telephone communication skills.

**Skills and aptitudes required**
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Be able to adapt well to regular changes in task’s, deadlines and priorities.
- Communicate well, in a variety of mediums, in clear and concise English.
- Be a fast learner and have the ability to self-manage.

**Desirable Requirements**

**Knowledge required**
- An understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Asana (project management tool).
- An understanding of telecommunication and network infrastructure.

**Experience required**
- Previous experience providing administrative support within a field team-based environment.
- Experience with scheduling engineers to multiple sites.
