**Front of House Ideal Profile**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a Front of House role
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to pay attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in taking orders and processing payments
- Presents a professional and friendly demeanour, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Works well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Exhibits strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience

**Front of House Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests, take food and drink orders accurately, and enter them into the system promptly
- Provide insights on the menu and daily specials, answering any questions guests may have about ingredients or preparation methods
- Serve as a liaison between guests and the kitchen, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to ensure accurate meal preparation
- Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions following restaurant procedures
- Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience by addressing any concerns promptly and providing attentive service throughout their meal
