This is an exciting opportunity to join a well known storage company who specialise in creating the best solution for home and businesses in need of a removal company or extra storage space in the Tameside area

As a administrative assistant / receptionist you will be assisting in the day to day running of this small but busy office. Duties will include

To take telephone calls and assist with customers enquiry
Input information on the company data base

Book in removals orders

Take payments via card & cash

Set up customer contracts

Create and send invoices.

General office duties

Hours of work 13.5 hours per week
Friday 9 am till 6pm
Sunday 10.00 am till 3.30pm

Additional hours may be available.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £7.59-£12.42 per hour

Expected hours: 13.5 per week
