We are looking for an experienced head waiter/waitress with bar experience to provide a 5 star bar service for a busy restaurant, bar and banqueting suite

Duties include but are not limited to:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager, Serving drinks in Oscar's and banqueting, delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge. Serving drinks to company service standards, Cash Handling, Complying with service laws and challenge 21 rule. Complying with company service standards abiding by Health and Safety Law. Full training will be provided.

**Hours of work: Vary over 7 days**

Flexibility will be essential to suit the needs of the business. The role will be required to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings on a regular basis

**Salary**: From £9.75 - £10.50 per hour
