**About the role**:
We have the opportunity for you to join something special. We are looking for a individual to join our team and become one of the faces of Darlington Building Society in the area of Darlington.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be engaging in conversations finding out your customers’ needs, providing information to our new and existing customers about the full range of financial products and services that we offer. Getting to know our customers though meaningful conversations, you will assist them in reaching their goals by identify the best products to suit their needs, while providing a clear, helpful service.

Your role with be an important part of our in our branch network. Having valuable conversations with every customer, face-to-face or over the phone. So, whether you are promoting a new product or resolving a problem, you’ll always place our customers’ needs at the heart of everything you do.

In return we will provide you with continuous training and development as well as opportunities to grow and progress your career with within Darlington Building Society
