Hiring range: £35,000 - £39,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join The This Morning as a Lifestyle AP.

The Lifestyle Assistant Producer is responsible for supporting and working alongside the Lifestyle & Beauty Editor and team researcher to generate, plan and execute strong editorial ideas for demo and beauty segments on This Morning.

Keeping across the latest trends and features, the Lifestyle AP will need to establish strong relationships with PR companies to secure exclusives before any other show and get the physical products to use on the programme on a promo basis to avoid cost to the production. Working closely with the art department, director and crew to ensure the items are presented correctly in the studio and on screen.

**Skills you’ll need **(minimum criteria)
- Previous experience as a Lifestyle AP or similar level in the industry.
- Experience making decisions with a strong creative and editorial judgement and highly effective communication skills.
- Must have experience creating ideas with an ability to spot trends and stories that will talk to our viewers.
- Previous significant development experience and the ability to set up new ideas from proposal stage to on-screen
- Effective communication skills both of projects and people, verbally and in writing
- Significant knowledge of compliance and OFCOM regulations particularly around investigative reporting, interactivity and participation/competitions content
