**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Maintain excellent communication skills with the region and business unit operations and contribute to the resolution of complicated or unusual technical problems.
- Function as technical expert who has extensive operational experience in tackling technical problems remotely and minimize the customer non-productive time.
- Support operations by remotely attending the critical job briefing with the field engineer/specialist where business unit needs assistance.
- Support product line team in reviewing and creating operational standards, procedures, and release the latest revisions for all cased hole service offering.
- Extensive travel to business units in supporting the region in implementing deliver service standards and conduct yearly assessments/audits.
- Support operations in rolling out any new services/ technologies including visiting well sites if required for critical operations.
- Maintain active participation in improving the quality and HSE Management system and bring to the attention of management any HSEQ issues that require attention.
- Interact with vendors and partners to find the best technical solutions in order to maintain a high service quality in line with set Excellence In Operations targets.
- Identify and exploit any opportunity for business improvements.
- Assist region for critical customer quality meetings as and when required as a global technical representative.
- Support Service Quality function while performing audits on Expro internal processes and third party suppliers if required by offering technical/operational advice.
- Liaise with Learning & Development team and operations management, identifying training requirement for engineers/specialists.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree with extensive cased hole logging and operation support with 8+ years industry experience in oil and gas service business.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of all the commonly used cased hole services under production monitoring, well integrity and perforating services.
- Knowledge and experience operating conveyance modelling/simulation software.
- Cased hole logging experience with memory, electrical, coil tubing and tractor conveyance preferred.
- DFOS (Distributed Fiber Optics Sensing) understanding/experience is a plus.
