**On Call Sample Collector**

To cover on call (daytime, evening & weekend shifts)

**Job Spec**
- The Specimen Collector will be required to collect specimens from a variety of donors.
- Collections will require travel to designated facilities to cover shifts as needed.
- Follow collection procedures and protocols.
- Verify all information regarding the sample and the donor is accurate and completed.
- Maintain donor confidentiality and adhere to any related regulations
- Data entry of donor and sample information into administration system.
- Properly label, document, package and dispatch all samples and maintain all information for reporting purposes.

**Additional responsibilities will include**
- Completing and maintaining training
- Maintaining an excellent working knowledge of sample collection procedure
- Performing drug screen collections by direct observation when needed
- Any other assignments as directed by management

**Education & Skill Requirements**
- GCSE with English & Maths Grade C or above
- 1 - 3 years’ experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable transportation
- Able to relate well with clients in a professional manner
- Well organised and detail oriented

Please note: Successful applicants will have unannounced testing carried out as part of their employment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
