Responsibilities of our Management Trainee:

- Learn and understand the company's mission, values, and operations
- Assist in various departments to gain exposure to different facets of the business
- Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to enhance your understanding of business processes
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to fuel informed sales strategies Contribute to formulating and executing strategies that propel sales growth
- Facilitate the integration of operational excellence through the adoption of efficient procedures
- Forge robust relationships with your team members, fostering a collaborative sales environment
- Actively embrace feedback and proactively seek avenues for your sales development

Management Trainee Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, management, sales etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and succeed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
