Service Host

**The Opportunity**
We are currently recruiting for a Service Host to join the Swansway Family. The role of a Service Host is to create a memorable customer journey by working closely with both the sales and service departments. You will be in and around the dealership, pitch and customer car park to make sure our customers are well looked after.
For this role you will be on your feet most of the day, hosting our customers as they enter the dealership. You’ll direct customers into the showroom and from there to relevant colleagues or departments. When you aren’t greeting customers you’ll be managing the traffic coming into the car park and ensuring the dealership is looking its best.

- Meeting and greeting customers as they enter the dealership
- Ensuring the customer facing areas are presentable
- Working with sales and service departments to create a positive customer experience
- Directing customers to colleagues or departments
- Ensure the carpark is accessible and that customers are able to park
- Passing on of feedback to the dealership and customer messages
- Keeping a track of daily booked customer appointments

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including; Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.
We’re expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don’t stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
