Here at We are Adam, we are delighted to be supporting an SME, entrepreneurial tech based services & solutions business in their search for a Interim Head of People. Although SME in terms of colleague numbers, they are ambitious and have a clear businessstrategy for future success; and this will only be realised by attracting, retaining & developing the right talent for the business. Let's be clear, the pandemic was a tough period for this business and this role will require a senior leader to roll up theirsleeves and support their ongoing turnaround programme.

Based from Manchester City Centre offices, colleagues are experts in their field, passionate about what they do and are always looking for new and innovative ways to solve their customer's challenges.

This Interim Head of People role will play an influential member of the senior leadership team; helping to shape the future direction of the business. Working with the SLT, this Head of People role will design a contemporary best in class people essentiallyembracing the whole employee lifecycle. As expected, the role will support all generalist HR aspects including Organisational Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning, People Development and Recruitment / On-boarding.

A trusted business partner to the business, this is a real opportunity to draw on your senior HR generalist expertise to bring fresh ideas and ways of working to the business. You will provide expert advice on a range of HR matters such as reward, employeerelations, talent, performance, organisation development/change, culture, leadership and learning and talent. Helping to support the business strategy, you will diagnose the people implications and translate that into a clear people plan.

To be successful in this Interim Head of People role you'll be commercially astute, used to partnering senior leaders, building solid relationships and operating as trusted coach.

Offered initially on a 6 month basis, this role can be offered on a temp to perm basis, and will be based from their Manchester offices 4 days/week.
