Care Home Coordinator

Our 35-bed residential care home specializes in providing Dementia care and support to those suffering the effects of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, confusion, and other similar conditions.
They are now searching for a highly **organized Care Home Coordinator** for Care Manager to support the smooth running of the Home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in new customer assessments,
- Maintain accurate records on all relevant systems relating to staff absence, cover arrangements, and care delivery.
- General office duties, including call handling, data entry, and maintaining filing systems.
- Carry out risk assessments, and prepare and update care plans.
- To carry out supervision, appraisals, and reviews of the staff’s performance.
- To assist in holding team meetings for Care Workers
**Desirable Skills, Abilities, and Personal Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a similar role as a care supervisor.
- Previous experience working with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, confusion, and other similar conditions.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent organization and logístical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to use IT programs and maintain systems with full accuracy.
- Have a Hands-on Approach.
