Customer Service Receptionist Apprentice

**As an apprentice, your duties will include**:
- Contact previous clients via phone to assess interest.
- Communicate agency services effectively.
- Update and maintain client databases accurately.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Work towards set engagement and conversion targets.
- Earn commission based on successful engagements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and scheduling.
**Working hours**:Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (1 hour lunch break)**
**Salary**:£**13,312** per year
**Requirements**:
- Articulate and personable
- Excellent telephone matter
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Target driven
- Highly organised
- Possess good initiative, and an attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work both independently and as team player to achieve results.
- Quick learner and able to keep up with new and emerging business trends and patterns.
