Following a strategic overview and to support the organic growth within the company, we are exploring how our support functions can better support the business to deliver successfully.

Responsible for the support of all managers and personnel employed by T Manners & Sons Ltd all administrative and transactional duties should come through this team.

A confident and proactive individual you will have the ability and enthusiasm to join a small team and organisation whereby the variety of tasks can be vast. Approachable, the organisation can seek support on a variety of tasks required, with a core routine which underpins the essential requirements in running the business. You will be able to problem solve and have a continuous improvement mindset to help contribute and drive our reputation not only internally but also externally.

Computer literacy essential (including use of telephony system) with a confident manner in speaking with individuals both face to face and on the phone as required. Organised and action orientated you will help us achieve success as a team

The trainee position will provide an enthusiastic, personable individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude great experience to be creative and produce materials, templates and initiatives that align our divisions as one T. Manners and showcase us externally. Examples of work you will be involved in are customer feedback, newsletters, website updates, social media, casestudies, role profiles, testimonials, portal management, reviewing templates and key materials produced, distributed and updated in readiness for Tenders.

There is an opportunity to grow and develop into the full breadth of the role potential for the right individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
