As part of his/her duties, the sales support administrator will seize the opportunity to act as part of a large and cohesive team of sales professionals responsible for expanding the business throughout the U.K. In view of the typical size of sales contracts already established, strong emphasis will be placed upon being logical, pro-active and process driven. In order to ensure the continued growth of the company, activities will include negotiating billing queries, contractual queries to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained at the highest standards and be in line with our sales code and expected customers service levels.Experience with Job Logic and Hubspot software desireable.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop and sustain close working relationships with key accounts, understand their requirements and log these in the CRM system.
- Run/create accurate usage reports and Bespoke reports
- Processing contracts and tariff changes
- Work closely with the Sales Administration Manager and Sales teams in the UK and Europe.
- Liaise with departments where appropriate, co-ordinate and propose business solutions which meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner.
- Ensure that agreed service levels are met and that client expectations are achieved.
- Ensure that progress is communicated regularly and accurately, enhancing customer service experience.
