The efficient and effective operation of the combined Data and Insight service for the Trust

Provision of high-quality information to support evidence-based decision making and planning

Supporting the Transforming Cancer Services (TCS) and Blood Service Futures programmes with high insight and modelling

Improving the Trust’s Data and Insight capabilities both in the new combined function and throughout the whole Trust to drive data lead/evidence-based decisions

External representation and alignment of Data and Insight activities with National standards, regional working, programmes and services.
