We are looking for Interim People Projects Partner to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft for a fixed term role. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.
**What will you be doing?**
Interim As part of the People Transformation Programme (PTP) core team the holder of this role will support the Head of People Transformation on an interim basis.
There are various workstreams within our PTP and this post holder will lead across a number of projects specifically within the Effective Organisation Design, Outstanding People or Employee Experience and Engagement Workstreams. As a result of this, the role provides the job holder with the opportunity to develop their existing career experience and ability as a People Partner (or HRBP).
The role also provides an opportunity to work in partnership with colleagues that enable the delivery of our Strategy, Transformation and Innovation Portfolio Plans and to be part of the development and implementation of Project delivery plans across all Hft.
The role is one that is highly collaborative, including working closely with the Helix( IT Systems) team and business process analysts who are delivering an organisation-wide programme that will transform Hft’s information systems and ways of working.
As part of our culture of continuous improvement, the People Projects Partner will collaborate with the Helix SME’s and our Partnership Forum to ensure we successfully implement a target operating model and have the workforce capabilities to deliver future organisational process efficiencies which can sustain the longer term needs of Hft and the people we support
Key Objectives of the Interim role
- Working across multiple organisational cross-team projects providing leadership to the people elements of these projects related to the implementation of new or revised roles and organisational design structures, processes and ways of working
- To help effect a change in culture
- To support the Employee Experience Partner on diversity initiatives to ensure Hft is maximising the benefits of building a truly diverse workforce.
