**The Company**: As a well-established market leader in the Void Property Security and Maintenance industry, our client offers a wide range of services including monitored video-verified alarms & CCTV Towers. Due to planned organic growth within the Security Team we are now actively seeking to recruit a further Control Room Operator.

**Key Responsibilities**: The role is varied and will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Monitoring & responding to video-verified alarms & CCTV by dispatching an ARO to specific sites, where intruders and/or suspicious activity have been seen

Liaising with the attending ARO, working with them to ensure a full patrol is carried out of the site

Escalating any issues found on the back of the ARO’s patrol, arranging static guards, boarding teams & maintenance contractors as required

Escalating to our Security Solutions Team when squatters or travellers are found to have taken control of a premises, working with them to ensure removal notices are served promptly

Contacting the police in the event of equipment and/or property being damaged

Working with our Scheduling Team to ensure any issues with the alarms or CCTV are promptly attended to and rectified

Produce clear and concise reports for our clients

Managing a shared inbox, handling all communications with clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Dealing with complaints in accordance with agreed escalation process

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great attention to detail

Able to multitask and effectively prioritise workload

Strong customer service skills

Be computer literate with experience using MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

Be hardworking, flexible and able to use own initiative

Be able to reliably commute to Foxley as this role is 100% office based

06:00-18:00 working a 4 on 4 off rota

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
