**The Job Purpose**:
To provide an efficient and comprehensive reception, and tenant support services for UWSP Ltd. To support the Building & Facilities Manager in the delivery of effective and relevant operational procedures.

**Duties**:

- Providing excellent customer facing services, informing tenants and customers of additional services to proactively generate business- Administration of Lease formulation, processing and monitoring- Following routine building procedures and policies i.e. weekly fire alarm tests, fire and emergency lighting checks, twice yearly fire evacuations, issuing access cards.- Science Park Building Administration to support operational team to ensure all records and documentation, reporting, compliance, procedures and policies are accurately maintained, and reporting is produced on time- Financial Administration, using the SAP financial package (training will be given) to include inputting invoices and producing and processing purchase orders. Gather information to correctly invoice tenants on services provided through business services- Supervision of Science Park reception service and manning reception on occasion. Microsoft Office skills with excel proficiencyWe are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join the team. The successful applicant must have excellent customer service and administrative skills, you should be enthusiastic self-motivated and confident to interact with staff, tenants, visitors and contractors. Good skills & experience in the use of Microsoft Office/Word/Excel packages and a good standard of English are essential attributes.

**Requirements**:

- To work effectively as part of a team- To use and show initiative in prioritising and organising workload- To be able to recognise and meet deadlines- Willing to take on training supporting building management (Fire Marshall, First Aid, etc)
