Instructions Administrator

The Instructions Administrator is responsible for dealing with the Company’s initial Instructions and Enquiries whilst providing a high-quality customer service. The job holder is expected to support the Senior Instructions Administrator and the Financial Controller.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deal with initial enquires and instructions in an efficient and precise manner
- Clerical duties in support of the department
- Publishing to and updating the Business Management System
- Providing high-quality customer service in an efficient and friendly manner
- At all times to comply with the requirements of the Company’s administrative, personnel procedures and Health & Safety regulation
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Experience in working in a customer service role and deal with a wide range of customers in varying circumstances
- Experience of working in an office environment, with a working knowledge of business support systems and procedures
- Experience in working with individuals across departments
**Qualities and Skills**
- Enthusiastic, committed, and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
- Computer literate
- Good time management skills, solid organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Ability to work on own initiative but understand the importance of working well within the team
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
