- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using accounting software such as

Xero & our operating system
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.30-£12.87 per hour
