**What exactly will you be doing?**

As a Senior Finance Business Partner at AAT, you’ll be responsible for production of accurate and timely management accounts, forecast and budgets, development of ‘value add’ reporting, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholder and provide commercial expertise to influence / support the decision-making process.
- You will use your experience to help enhance reporting, improve financial controls, drive accurate forecasting and budgeting, and become a critical partner for all major projects, as well as all other areas of responsibility.

**Major objectives**
- Provide accurate and insightful financial and business analysis that enables informed decision-making and supports the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in AAT's business plan.
- Collaborate closely with finance and business teams to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the AAT group month-end accounts, budgets, forecasts, and other critical management information within established deadlines.
- Advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implement strategic financial solutions.

**What are we looking for?**
- Srong knowledge on financial, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial information and present it effectively to non-finance professionals.
- A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent, is required for this role.
- Exceptional time management skills are crucial to ensure timely delivery of tasks and effective prioritisation of responsibilities.
- Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organisation are essential to drive change and secure buy-in for initiatives.
- Ability to efficiently process and analyse large quantities of financial data, extracting insightful and actionable information to support strategic decision-making.
- You will play a key role in improving the production and presentation of financial reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and make recommendations based on report findings is a critical requirement.
