**Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, Resort Information Assistant** - Casual

If you are passionate about the local environment, the community benefits it provides and the people it serves, then an exciting opportunity exists for you within BCP Council Seafront Operations. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced people to join our Resort Information Team.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and independently as required using your own initiative. You will work proactively with all members of the public and the wider team, including external contractors. Enthusiasm and commitment to providing a safe, clean and inclusive seafront is essential. To support this, the position involves helping the public with all manner of enquiries, welcoming customers to the golf course and promoting the Smugglers Cove brand.

A disposition to promote high standards of customer care and communication skills is essential for this post. You will be an integral member of the Resort Information Team ensuring Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is a great place to live, work and visit.
