Lead Driver

**About The Role**:
Lead Driver
- Lead Driver required to support the Transport Team at Coatbridge with route allocation, smart pod training and daily vehicle checks

This is a full time position, Minimum 48 hours per week and must be able to work Monday-Friday + Saturday Mornings

If sucessfully shortlisted - you will need to be able to attend a 90-120 minute assessment at our Service Centre in Coatbridge

At the assessment, you will be asked to complete a computer based Risk Assessment which if sucessfully passed, will lead to a driving assessment and interview.

**About You**:
To be a Driver with Alliance Healthcare we would welcome people with the following skills

**Requirements**:

- At least three years experience as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver
- No more than three live points on driving licence
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Capable of bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
