**Credit Control Supervisor**

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving results and inspiring others? We are seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to join our team and lead our credit control specialists to achieve business objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering a culture of teamwork, imagination, and high performance to ensure consistent debt management and cash performance.

**Team Supervision**:

- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to the cash and credit team.
- Assist in driving and delivering monthly KPIs and collections targets.
- Ensure rigorous collection activity is maintained, escalating issues as needed.
- Train, motivate, and develop the collections team in system and operational processes.
- Act as an escalation point for client communications and disputes.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues in collaboration with team leaders.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members, documenting outcomes and action plans.
- Monitor codification, collections comments, and dispute management/identification.

**Business Engagement**:

- Own specific reporting tasks for the business and cash & credit team.
- Use creative thinking techniques to improve processes and deliver excellent service.
- Deputize for cash and credit team leaders when necessary.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as required.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Experience in debt management within a busy credit function.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of reducing aged debts and improving metrics.
- Experience driving business solutions through influence and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, fostering relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude with a positive can-do approach.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to implement strategic initiatives across collection teams.
- Change-oriented approach to role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
