**Responsibilities**:

- **Craft Captivating Blogs**: Responsible for crafting captivating blog posts that not only tell stories but also drive significant traffic to our website.
- **Website Optimization**: Lead the charge in optimising our website's landing pages, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also strategically designed to engage and convert visitors effectively.
- **SEO and PPC Mastery**: Execute our SEO and PPC strategy, implementing techniques to enhance our online presence and attract targeted traffic to our website.
- **Traffic Generation Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at boosting website traffic, utilising a blend of organic and paid channels to reach our audience with precision.
- **Passionate about Sustainable Responsible Travel**:Infuse your passion for sustainable and responsible travel into our marketing efforts, aligning our messaging and initiatives with our commitment as a B Corp to make a positive impact on the world.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Delve into the data trenches, analysing website metrics, campaign performance, and user behaviour to extract valuable insights and fine-tune our marketing strategies for maximum impact.

**What are we looking for?**

You need to have experience and expertise of:
1. Content creation - be prepared to talk about your experience of blog and article content delivery

2. Website management - manage pages and ensure the website is optimised for SEO

3. Analytics and page optimisation
